Designed and led a small-group panel on applying to and working in PhD programs in Cognitive Psychology for undergraduate students (Fall 2017).
Served on a TA Training panel in the UCSC Psychology department to help first-year students learn skills for 1) teaching effectiveness, 2) how to deal with diverse learners in the classroom, and 3) how to handle difficult conversations in discussion sections and/or office hours (Fall 2017).
Served as a TA mentor for the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 academic years by mentoring one first-year graduate student per year in teaching effective sections.
Mentored 2 high school interns for 5 weeks during the summer of 2016, and 3 high school interns for 10 weeks during the summer of 2017 as part of the Science Internship Program (SIP) at UCSC.
Led weekly small group meetings for my research assistants (4) to familiarize them with the literature on creative cognition (Spring 2017).
Supervised up to 5 research assistants at a time per quarter in data collection and data entry for multiple projects (Storm Memory Lab; Fall 2013-present).
Supervised 1 research assistant on a project (as an undergraduate) by teaching them the experimental procedure and overseeing data collection (Sarnecka Cognitive Development Lab).
